Fulton Mall

Halloween Happens Downtown is right around the corner, so come on out to our spooktactalur carnival. Join us at the south end of Fulton Mall for this fun and exciting event! Admission is free on Sunday, October 30, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
We’ll have Farmer’s Market on the Mall as part of Food Day to advance the pressing concerns of the food movement and a Health Fair to benefit the health of our community.
To add to the fun we’ll have game booths, face painting, entertainment, a jump house, pumpkin patch, pumpkin carving contest, free photos to the first 150 families and plenty of treats for all ages. This year promises to be bigger and better but just as exciting.
Boo-tiful children will parade in creative costumes for a ghoulish day of fun. There will a costume contest with several different categories and great prizes.
